3.1 by Phillip Lim is the new and clear vision of the former creative director and co-founder of Development. The collection is marked by individuality, simplicity and femininity. Lim's design process begins by absorbing shapes, colors and textures and marries them with luxurious fabrics- felted cashmere wool jersey, crossed-dyed shaved rabbit fur, pressed matte cowhide with strips of hand woven leather, tissue-weight cashmere, and fine Italian wools. His hand stitching and homemade accents and dimension, richness and life to each piece.
