Norma Kamali
Norma Kamali graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York with a BFA Degree in fashion illustration. Within four years, Kamali opened her first store in New York, featuring lizard and leather patches, and snakeskin designs. In 1975, her well-known "Sleeping Bag" coat was designed.
