Cynthia Vincent
Cynthia Vincent had her formal training and education at Otis Parsons School of Design and it was there in 1988 that Vincent won the Silver Thimble Award from Ann Cole. Upon graduation, Vincent moved to London and soon became the head designer of Jane Ong & Co. In the years to follow, Cynthia Vincent returned to California, developing her own brand and starting her own company, St. Vincent.
In 2002, Vincent became the head designer of the brand Vince. Although she was successful at Vince, Cynthia Vincent soon retired and launched her own line, Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent. Her line debuted during L.A. Fashion Week in the fall of 2003 and quickly became a huge hit.
Cynthia Vincent's confident use of color and design are synonymous with the Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent brand. Her designs are feminine and sexy, hip and confident. Her clothes exude confidence and attitude, yet have a level of extreme comfort. Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent represents Vincent's vision of form, function, and fabrication.
